Old Day with A New Oil

It is an awesome experience & very rewarding, plus so simple when it comes to servicing your own vehicles engine oil & filter. AMSOIL’s engine Flush will remove the majority of all previous contaminants. Whatever lubricant that your vehicle uses it can be fairly simple. Differential fluids, coolant even your transmission oil & filter. If you decide to flush the converter on your transmission it is also very simple. Plus, you will have some awesome quality time learning & teaching your children, family or friends some basic vehicle maintenance while saving $$$ and increasing the longevity of your vehicles. AMSOIL makes it super easy with just having to do it once a year if you wish or you can follow your manufactures drain intervals with AMSOIL OE oils or XL lubricants. Some have waste oil heaters that are happy to have the used oil or there are your local Automotive supply houses that will always take it and recycle it along with myself. Your basic needs are an oil drain pan preferably with a top you can seal, then it makes it easy to recycle the oil. A universal filter wrench or a filter wrench specifically for your vehicles engine oil filter and a ratchet wrench with 6 point sockets preferably. I use old cardboard to catch any minor spills that might happen under the vehicle. It is also nice if you have some latex or rubber gloves. If your vehicle is low to the ground you may purchase either a floor jack and stands to be safe or ramps to drive upon. Be sure to use an AMSOIL oil filter that will last up to 25,000 miles or a year and AMSOIL’s Signature Series oil that meets your cars recommendation. It is as easy as that, of coarse if you do not want to have this experience you can always buy the AMSOIL products and take your vehicle to a local shop, like Woodmoor Conoco in Monument Co. Also do not forget to flush your brake fluid at the service intervals.
